4. Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, harassment, fraud, unauthorized telemarketing, or attempts to bypass security controls. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable call, consent, and recording laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.
5. Data, Content, and Customer Responsibilities
You retain ownership of your customer data and campaign materials. You grant Autodial a limited license to process this data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and lawful grounds to upload and process such data.
6. Fees, Billing, and Subscription Terms
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription and usage metrics. Unless otherwise stated in your order form, fees are non-refundable. You authorize Autodial to charge your payment method for recurring and usage-based charges until cancellation.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use such information only as necessary to perform obligations under these Terms.
9. Warranties and Disclaimer
Autodial is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autodial disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
